KOR Intelligence Ltd (“KOR”, “we”, “us”) is the controller of personal information collected through this website. You can contact us about privacy at hello@korintelligence.com.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:
- your name, work email, organisation, role and the information you include in a discovery-call enquiry;
- your name, email address, consent record and signup source when you join our mailing list;
- technical and usage information needed to operate, secure and understand the website; and
- correspondence and records created when we respond to you or provide services.
How and why we use it
- Enquiries: to respond, arrange a call and discuss possible services. We rely on steps requested before a contract and our legitimate interest in managing genuine business enquiries.
- Email updates: to send the occasional KOR publication or field note when you have actively consented. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Website operation and security: to prevent abuse, diagnose faults and keep the service reliable. We rely on our legitimate interests in operating a secure website.
- Analytics: to understand aggregate website use. Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept analytics cookies.
Who receives information
We use service providers that help us host the website, store content and submissions, deliver email, protect the service and measure site use. These currently include Cloudflare, our privately hosted Directus and database environment, email-delivery providers and, when accepted, Google Analytics. Providers may only process information for the service they provide to us.
International processing
Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we use the provider’s applicable UK adequacy mechanism or contractual safeguards and associated security measures.
How long we keep it
Enquiry information is kept only while we handle the enquiry, any resulting business relationship, and related legal or accountability requirements. Mailing-list information is kept until you unsubscribe or we stop the service. We may retain a minimal suppression record so we do not contact you again. Operational logs are kept according to the relevant provider’s security and retention settings.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection to how we use your information. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact us at the address above to make a request.
You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses essential local storage for choices such as dismissing a signup prompt. With your permission, it also loads Google Analytics to measure visits and interactions. You can accept or decline analytics when the site asks, and can reset the choice by clearing this site’s browser storage.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our services, providers or legal obligations materially change.
